STRAY VACANCY ROUND COUNSELLING  FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS 2019-20

The Seat Availability Matrix for the Offline Stray Vacancy Round Counselling for admission to Undergraduate Courses of MBBS at Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)’s constituent colleges are as follows:

1. Only the candidates whose names are available in the waiting list released by the MCC are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round. 
2. All interested and eligible students from all over India, including NRI (and eligible NRI sponsored students), are invited to apply for the online/offline stray vacancy round counseling to be conducted by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) for admission to MBBS courses. 
3. As per the DGHS notice dated 27-08-2019, the first preference will be given only to the NRI / NRI sponsored candidates.  
4. The students are requested to bring the original documents, NEET qualification letter, Demand Draft for the tuition fees notified on our website. 
5. Counseling for admission to the Management seat will be based strictly on inter se merit based on NEET UG 2019 rank.
6. Please note that all admissions will be based strictly on inter se merit. The admissions process will end automatically and immediately on fulfillment of all vacant MBBS seats.

8. Absence of the Candidate at the indicated reporting time and date will result in instantaneous forfeiture of any claim for a seat.
9. The choice of course/campus made by the candidate during the counseling is final and binding and cannot be altered later under any circumstances.
10. Online/Offline Registration will close on 28 August 2019 at 05:00 PM IST.

Counseling Schedule

Counseling for stray vacant seats available under NRI quota and Management Seats will be held on 29th August 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the respective constituent colleges.
