 The Indian Express organized a Health Expo – “Arogyam Health and Fitness Expo” between 9th and 10th March 2019 at MKS Rosema Marriage Hall, Puducherry. As per the directives of Dr. Nirmal Coumare, Medical Superintendent, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute (MGMCRI), Dr.Swati Jayant Pawar, DYMS & Dr.A.N.Uma, Vice Principal, AHS, placed a stall in the Arogyam expo, exhibiting the Health Care Services provided at the Hospital. Pamphlets projecting the hospital services, facilities, unique services available with MGMCRI were distributed to the public. Also the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences exhibited and distributed pamphlets elucidating the UG and PG Courses offered at Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. A. Smith Naveen Raj, Marketing Manager, MGMCRI, E.Thirugananam, Marketing Coordinator , M. Tegesh, Marketing Executive, K. Raja Staff Nurse, E. Murali Staff Nurse, Mrs. Apoorvalakshmi, Ms. K. Tamizhkalaiarasi, Mrs. Lavanya, and Mrs. Sivapriya Tutors of AHS partook in the Arogyam expo 2019. More than one hundred and forty visitors enquired about Hospital Facilities and Services available at MGMCRI and about the various Under Graduate Courses offered at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.
