 This is an Internationally reputed three day workshop held for the first time in India. Participants were doctors and nurses from all over India, from varied specialties. There were a lot of senior faculty and simulation center representatives. There were 6 International faculty and 4 National faculty. At the end of the course, the participants would be able to 1) Outline the principles of andragogy, 2) Describe educational theory underlying Simulation-Based Healthcare Education (SBHE), 3) Design and run a contextual simulation scenario, 4) Perform effective debrief, 5) Demonstrate moulage skills. It was hands-on with interactive discussions. The event was supported by Laerdal who provided 4 High fidelity mannequins and 6 Tech supports. Participants said the workshop was well designed with exceptional faculty who made them understand the intricacies. At the end of 3 days, course participants requested to conduct such courses again.
