Responsibilities:

1.  To review the functions of Central Laboratory.
2.  To oversee laboratory services with regards to testing ordering, effective utilization, and interpretations.
3.  Implementation of Quality checks and accreditation of lab services.
4.  Staff education program and implementation of good lab practices.
5.  Timely recommendations to the Hospital Executive Committee towards up gradation of Laboratory services.
