Frequency: When needed (within 24 hours of a reported incident)
Reporting: Chairman & MD
1. To investigate any complaint of harassment at work by a member of the opposite sex.
2. This will include patients, their caretakers, and employees.
3. The Committee will also recommend to the management the disciplinary action.
The Committee is to meet within 7 days of getting a complaint and will submit the report to the Chairman within 10 working days after the inquiry is completed.
