He eulogised the Founder and Chancellor of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth Shri. MK Rajagopalan on the phenomenal growth and success of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth during the past decade and praised his foresight in envisaging such world-class institution. Dr. Viswanathan highlighted the role of private entrepreneurship in education especially that should receive the patronage of the government in order to forge ahead in several frontier areas of academics. He also stressed upon the fact that the onus should lie on accreditations rather than inspection under the ambit of the regulatory councils. If this is effected, the higher education institutes of India can unfurl more of developmental strategies for implementation in the larger interest of student community and teaching fraternity.
