A five-day Faculty Development program on “Training of Trainers” – Teaching principles and methodology was conducted by the Dental Education Unit of Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences, Pondicherry for the faculty of C.S.I College of Dental Sciences and Research, Madurai from 15-02-2021 to 19-02-2021 through the online platform Zoom. 16 faculty enrolled for the same. The fundamentals of teaching and techniques were covered in the 5-day session by the members of the DEU. Interactive sessions were conducted with engaging techniques. Feedback was taken for individual sessions as well as overall program.
