Local Drug Delivery in Day to Day Practice

The Department of Periodontology, IGIDS conducted a lecture starting with a title “Local Drug Delivery in Day-To-Day Practice” under ‘PERIOdontology STudents Enrichment Program Series’ program on 7^th of December 2020. The Stakeholders were Final year B.D.S., Interns, M.D.S. Postgraduate Students, Faculties and Private Practitioners. A total of 63 participants were present. The topics rendered were regarding the local drug delivery system and its importance in periodontics, its mechanism of action, and how to be used by the clinician, indications, contraindications and the newer agents in LDD.
