Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth aims to be a pre-eminent institution of higher medical education in India and region, through adoption of sound scientific principles of professional training based on evidence based pedagogical and andragogical practices, educational science, cognitive psychology, and competency based education. 

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth closely follows the curricular directives set by various statutory bodies such as the Medical Council of India, Dental Council of India, Indian Nursing Council, UGC, etc but also go beyond to plan a curriculum that can be delivered effectively, bridging the classic planned-delivered-experienced curricular divide. 

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth’s Undergraduate Curriculum Delivery for the M.B.,B.S program was designed with rich inputs and close consultation with Partners HealthCare International (formerly, Harvard Medical International), the global advisory services arm of Partners HeathCare, the leading integrated academic health care system in the United States and home to five Harvard Medical School-affiliated teaching hospitals, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear, McLean Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. 

 The Deemed University operates on principles of Outcomes Oriented Teaching and Learning, Objectivity Based Assessments and adheres to the very high ethical standards of fairness, equity, justice and inclusiveness.  

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth Examinations is an independent body that administers examinations for all the students of constituent colleges and reports directly to the Vice Chancellor. The Examinations Wing is known for its punctuality, efficiency, impartiality and high degree of automation with concurrent reduction of human errors. The division is completely ICT enabled with security and effectiveness in assessment.Â
