CAReTS in association with Central Inter-Disciplinary Research Facility (CIDRF), Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute (MGMCRI) and Lions Club, Cuddalore organized a public outreach activity themed on “3G Health living module” – time tested tips and traditions at Helpage, India, Thamaraikullam, Cuddalore. The program was held on 10th November 2018 and a free medical camp was conducted for the residents of HelpAge India as a part of the outreach activity. Honorable District Collector – Cuddalore Shri. V. Anbuchelvan inaugurated the health camp with a special talk on healthy living and encouraged participants to take organic foods. A special lecture on Healthy living was organized as a part of the outreach activity by Dr. Gopal, V. Principal, Mother Theresa Post Graduate, and Research Institute and Health Sciences at the central library of SBV. During the lecture, Dr. Gopal emphasized the traditional values and tips for healthy living to the gathering institute with young, middle age and the older generation.
