A Two-hour workshop titled “Therapeutic Rhythms” was organized by Center for Music Therapy Education and Research on 07-2-2019 at the Saranga Deva Hall, SBV. There were around 20 participants from the field of music therapy, psychology, yoga and medicine participated in the drum circle conducted by Mr. Stephen Philip, a music therapist from Uttarkashi. The participants recorded their experiences of feeling energized, de-stressed with enhanced attention and concentration after the workshop. The participants also responded that it was also a fun activity which distracted them fully from their current stressors and anxiety and felt healed.
