The Henry L. Stimson Center in Washington, DC (USA) is a thinktank that promotes international security, shared prosperity & justice through applied research and independent analysis, deep engagement, and policy innovation. For thirty years, Stimson research programs have been at the forefront of policy innovation and are strongly committed to excellence and independence. Our policy proposals and analyses are grounded in the real world, informed by experience, used by policymakers, and reflect our values. We apply our research in numerous ways, from building tools, prototyping new technologies, and creating datasets, to working with local leaders and training government officials. 

Indian Chemical Council

Established in 1938, Indian Chemical Council is the apex national body dedicated to the growth and promotion of the Chemical & Petrochemical Industry in India. Indian Chemical Council has become the representative body with the membership of more than 400 Indian Companies as well as Multinational Companies operating in India. Indian Chemical Council is also a member of International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) undertaking collaborative projects with many International Agencies.

Indian Chemical Council has its national Headquarters in Mumbai, and regional offices at New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Chapter offices at: Vadodara, Hyderabad and Vashi (Navi Mumbai). Indian Chemical Council has become the focal point of contact, for the Department of Chemicals and Petro Chemicals   and the various Ministries of Government of India in matters related to Indian Chemical and Petro Chemical industry, in the formation of various policies and standards. Indian Chemical Council also operates the help-desks for Government of India the on Chemical Weapons Convention on pan India basis.

Today, Indian Chemical Council, represents all branches of the Chemical Industry in India such as Organic & Inorganic Chemicals, Plastics & Petrochemicals & Petroleum Refineries, Dyestuffs & Dye-intermediates, Fertilizers & Pesticides, Specialty Chemicals, Paints, Leather Chemicals, Lube/Additive Manufacturers etc. Indian Chemical Council also has membership from leading Logistic companies. The Indian Chemical Council member companies include all the leading Large and Medium Chemical and Petrochemical Industries including the Oil majors such as RIL, HPCL & and Indian Oil.

The Governments at the Centre and States and various National and International agencies work closely with Indian Chemical Council.

Association of Biotechnology-led Enterprises

With headquarter in Bangalore, Association of Biotechnology-led Enterprises (ABLE) is a not-for-profit pan-India forum that represents the Indian Biotechnology Sector to accelerate the pace of growth of the Biotechnology sector in India, through partnering with national and international agencies and Governments to deliver optimal policies and create positive investment opportunities. ABLE has over 400 members from across India, representing all verticals of the sector like Agribiotech, Biopharma, Industrial biotech, Bioinformatics, investment banks and Venture Capital firms and equipment suppliers.
