 Student Council of Batch “XANTHROFREDRICZ”,IGIDS had conducted AADUKALAM, sports event of the year 2024 on 30/5/24.The Aadukalam Sports Event, was a multi-day extravaganza celebrating sportsmanship and camaraderie. From May 15th to May 31st, participants engaged in various competitions, fostering a sense of unity and healthy competition. On May 15th, Carrom and chess tournaments kicked off the event, showcasing strategic prowess and mental agility.On may 16th, Table tennis enthusiasts battled it out on the courts, displaying lightning-fast reflexes and skillful techniques. On May 27th, Dodgeball added an element of thrill and excitement, with teams dodging and throwing their way to victory. On May 28th, Volleyball matches electrified the atmosphere, demonstrating teamwork and athleticism. Finally, The sports day commenced on May 30th with an inspiring address by the Vice Chancellor, followed by a splendid march past and torch-bearing ceremony by the team members. The day was packed with thrilling athletic contests such as the 100m, 200m, and 400m sprints, along with shot put and discus throw events.On May 31st Cricket, football, and kho-kho concluded the event with a bang, highlighting the diverse sporting talents of the participants. The success of the Aadukalam Sports Event was made possible by the dedication of the organizing committee, volunteers, advisors, and enthusiastic participation of all involved.
