 Comprehensive treatment dental camp was conducted at Manickudy Village, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu, on 19th November 2017 by Department of Public Health Dentistry, IGIDS, SBV. A total of 121 subjects comprised of 47 males and 74 females were screened for oral diseases A total of 204 treatments were done comprised of 80 scaling, 96 restorations and 28 extractions. As a part of the program, dental health education poster titled ‘Role of Nutrition on Oral Disease’ and a wall clock titled ‘Healthy Tooth Vs Unhealthy Tooth’ were donated to the organizers of the camp.
