 
The Department of Periodontics, IGIDS conducted a “Dental treatment camp at Old Age home” on 10th February 2022 between 9 am to 3 pm. The camp was conducted with the support of 7 Interns, 4 Post graduates and 1 Faculty member.
A total of 100 people were screened for oral and Periodontal health. Oral hygiene instructions and brushing techniques were taught. Free medicines were given to patients when in need. Oral hygiene instructions pamphlets were distributed to all of them.
Basic dental treatment and bus facility is to be made free of cost for those who require treatment in Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences.
