 
The hands-on cadaver workshop was organized to provide the essential knowledge and principles to manage patients with maxillofacial defects for post graduate trainees and consultant Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons. The program was organized on 21/01/2023 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. The scientific sessions were held at 7th floor conference hall at Indira Gandhi institute of dental sciences, followed by the hands-on workshop at Dissection Hall in Department of Anatomy, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research institute, SBV. Scientific Lectures and interaction between resource persons and delegates were in the morning session following a short tea break in the morning. Resource persons demonstrated local and regional flaps for maxillofacial reconstructions, thereafter the delegates were made to practice in cadavers. The afternoon session following lunch was based on free flaps for maxillofacial reconstruction. The feedback was obtained from all participants and participation certificates were distributed.
