 
The literary fest of IGIDS, LOQUENTIA’15 started on the afternoon of 3rd of March 2015. The participants and the onlookers gathered in the prostho lab in the second floor. The lab was bustling with activity with the crowd being extremely eager and excited.
The first event was Pictionary. This event went on for around 1 hour and the results were announced thus:

It was followed by Connexions. The game began at 3.30 pm and lasted for almost one hour and garnered much appreciation for its creativity.

On the 5th March, the Quiz competition was conducted in the second floor lecture hall, MGMCRI. The quiz master was Mr. Muthuraman, Owner of SIOL quiz club. The quiz had several rounds and each house tried to best each other. The quiz was much enjoyed by all.

On the 7th March, the dumbshards competition was conducted in the prosthodontic lab. The game had several rounds and each house tried to best each other. The quiz was much enjoyed by all.

On the 10th of March, at around 2pm, the fun game of Snack’O’Snack took place in the Department of Prosthodontics. The game attracted a lot of crowd and the participants awaited it with excitement. The food items in display were pizzas, carrots and cucumbers, tomatoes, burger buns, rasagullas and a huge bottle of soft drink. The winners ate the entire array of foodstuffs in less than 6 minutes much to the amazement and amusement of the crowd. And the results were

The event, the whole college awaited with excitement, TREASURE HUNT, started around 2pm on 10th March. The participants played the game with great fun. The treasure hunt went on for two and a half hours. And after searching every nook and corner of all the Departments and the premises of IGIDS, the team members were exhausted but happy. The event What if…!, was about writing stories on the theme romantic thriller. Several participants submitted their enteries enthusiastically. The entries were evaluated by Mrs. Alma suresh, Rtd English teacher & an accompolished story writer.

The prizes for Loquentia’15 was given away by J.Balachandran,Medical Superintendent,Jipmer and Lioness Ms.Vijayalakshmi Shivakumar, District Governor, LIONS CLUB in the presence of Prof.K.R Sethuraman,Vice chancellor ,SBV University, Dr. Carounanidy Usha,Principal and Dr.Saravana Kumar,Vice principal. The overall championship for Loquentia’15 was won by BROWN HOUSE.
