 On the 25th of February 2020, the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Oral Microbiology commemorated the “National Oral Pathologist Day “. The department conducted a screening camp in the Navarkulam for the Narikuravargal community. The screening camp was more of the door-to-door camp which started at 9.45.am and ended at about 12.30 pm. Around 46 individuals were screened after which we had the pride of wishing our Mentors at Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences and handed over a commendation certificate to the senior Oral Pathologist Dr. Ramesh, Head of the Department and Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences as a mark of respect for the association.
