 
A program was planned to Create awareness about importance of oral health among general school children on the occasion of National Toothbrushing Day. To fulfill this aim, a dental diagnosis and awareness camp was planned at Kirumampakkam Primary School on 08/11/2019. The camp was conducted for 300 primary school children. A diagnostic-checkup was done, following which the required treatment module was explained. Awareness of oral health among children was increased by education in brushing techniques and methods to improve oral hygiene. The response by the group was positive and the camp was deemed successful. On this event, an intern donated oral hygiene awareness aid to the primary school children.
