The Rastriya Ekta Divas (National Unity Day ) was observed in Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences by an oath taking ceremony by student council advisor Dr. Neil Dominic on 31-10 2014. The program was headed by Dr. Carounanidy Usha , Principal, with the august presence of Dr. Ramesh, Vice Principal (Administration) and Dr. Saravana kumar , Vice Principal ( Academics ). More than 450 students and faculties including non-teaching staff participated.
