Admission to BDS course
Admissions to all seats of BDS courses will be done through NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG). Admission will be conducted by DGHS and reservation policy will be as per rules and regulations of the concerned University or Institution. All admission to BDS courses within the respective categories shall be based solely on marks obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. All other existing eligibility criteria for admission to Dental Colleges shall be applicable as per the Rules and Policies of the State/ UT/ Institution/ University concerned. The selection and admission BDS seats in IGIDS is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, rank in the merit list, medical fitness and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the Government of India, respective States, Universities and Dental Colleges.
Admission to MDS course
All Admissions are strictly based on the merit at NEET PG 2022 and the Counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) duly constituted by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GoI, New Delhi.
Please note that 100% of all seats in postgraduate courses are available on an All India Basis with 15% of seats reserved for NRI / OCI students.
Admission Process
Once you have been allocated a seat for a PG Course, through the Centralized Counselling process, please report to the Office of the Dean at the respective colleges to complete the admission process on or before the stipulated date mentioned in the seat ‘Allotment Letter’ issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), New Delhi.
