 Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College is having Memorandum of Understanding with IMC University of Applied Sciences, KREMS, Austria. In the first venture of this MoU, elective placement in SBV for students of IMC University of Applied Sciences, KREMS, Austria from 28.02.2019 to 30.04.2019 was done. On completion of this Elective placement, the valedictory Programme was held on 27.04.2019 between 11.00 am -12.30pm at Muthulakshmi Reddi Hall, Second Floor Lecture Hall, MGMCRI. The program started with a welcome address by Dr. Renuka.K, Principal, KGNC. Mrs. Anitha. B, Liaison Officer, Student Exchange Programme, KGNC gave a Report on Elective Placement. The students of IMC University of Applied Sciences Mr.Markus Streisselberger & Ms. Anna-Sophia Schrammel gave feedback on their Elective Placement experience at SBV. Elective placement course completion certificates were awarded to the overseas placement students and the mentorship certificates to the Elective placement-2019 Mentors Mrs. Sherin Nithya.S, Asst. Prof, Mrs. Anitha.B, Lecturer, Mrs. Saranya.S, Lecturer and Mr.FinnyMoses.E, Lecturer, by Honorable Vice-Chancellor, SBV. Followed by the certificate distribution Prof. Subhash Chandra Parija, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, SBV delivered the chief guest address. Prof.Srinivasan. A.R, Registrar, SBV, Prof.Ravi Shankar, Dean, MGMCRI, Prof.Nirmal Coumare, Medical Superintendent, MGMCRI deliberated their felicitations.
