Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College and Department of Nursing Services under Sri BalajiVidyapeeth organized an Internship Orientation Programme from 10.06.2024 to 12.06.2024 at Sushruta Hall, KGNC, and SBV. The aim of the Programme is to enhance the knowledge and clinical practice of the Nursing students before involving in patient care. Scientific sessions were planned for three days and scheduled for 7 hours per day. Dr.Kripa Angeline. A, Nursing Superintendent, MGMCRI started the first session on ‘Introduction to Clinical Nursing/Professional Etiquettes/Uniform codes’. Followed by Mrs.Benya,ANS deliberated on “Nursing Communication” and then followed by many sessions were handled by DNS, ANS of MGMCRI . On 12.06.2024 OSCE was conducted by the Nursing department experts along with the KGNC Faculty members to the internship students.
