 Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sahodharan Community Oriented Health Development (SCOHD) Society on 27th April 2017 to provide necessary care to the transgender, whenever admitted in MGMCRI. As per the MoU, KGNC is to provide necessary health advice and education to the transgender, conduct awareness programme, health educational programmes based on the needs of the transgender, to improve their quality of life and conduct free health screening camp at SCOHD Society.
