 
Department of Child Health Nursing , organized a Master class on Experts Insights : Paedatric Drug & Fluid Calculation on 15.2.2025 at Sushruta hall, KGNC. Dr.Hemamalini , Asst.Prof Department of Pharmacology ,MGMCRI presented a talk on Overview of Paediatric Pharmacology, Principles and importance of accurate drug calculation, Dr. Madanika, Assistant Professor from Dept of Paediatrics, MGMCRI, delivered a skill session on Calculating drug doses: Weight Based Vs. Body Surface Area, with examples and case scenarios. Third skill session handled by Dr Kalaivani A, Associate Professor, Dept of Paediatrics MGMCRI, on the topic of Principles of Paediatric fluid therapy and calculation of fluid rates and volume, with examples and case scenarios. In skill sessions Students were given the case scenarios and made to workout and practice. All the sessions very much interactive and interesting, also Students participated very enthusiastically.
