 Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College (Department of Community Health Nursing) in collaboration with Government of Puducherry participated in Pulse Polio immunization administration, at Kirumampakkam PHC, Puducherry on 19.01.2020 between 8 am to 5.30 PM. 2500 children were covered in this programme. The campaign well-coordinated by Mrs.Bamalakshmi.J, Asso.Prof, HOD, Department of Community Health Nursing, KGNC. 50 final year students actively involved in this Campaign and created awareness among the public on the importance of immunization. This campaign was very useful for the student’s in order to provoke the awareness among the community on Polio Eradication.
