The 68th Scientific and Academic Forum organized by Department of Mental Health Nursing at First-floor lecture hall, KGNC on April 30th, 2018. The Session started with Guest Lecture by Dr Partheeban. M, MD, Asst. Prof, Dept of Psychiatry, AVMCH. He presented on the theme of “Women Mental Health.” He highlighted the basics on Mental Health, Women Mental Illness such as Stress, Depression, Puerperal psychosis and how to overcome from mental illness. Doubts were clarified by him. Followed by Ms Deepika. K, I yr M. Sc (N), Dept .of Mental Health Nursing presented case presentation on OCD with Depression. The Beneficiaries form III year B.Sc (N) and I year M.Sc. (N) had learned adequate information about the theme of the Programme. This program was really informative and interesting one.
