Department of Microbiology, MGMCRI, in Knowledge Partnership with WHO avnd in Co-sponsorship with CSIR, India, organized conference on “Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection Control Strategies 2019 (ASICS ’19)” as a part of International Health Research Convention on 19.07.2019 at MGMCRI, Pondicherry.
ASICS’19 is accredited by SBV with 10 credit points andby Tamil Nadu Medical Council with 3 credit hours.
Dr. Joshy M Easow, Professor & Head of Microbiology, MGMCRI, was the Organizing Chairman and Dr. S. Umadevi, Professor of Microbiology, MGMCRI was the Organizing Secretary.
A total of 77 delegates from various states of India participated in the conference.
