 CME- cum- Workshop on Heart Rate Variability: A diagnostic tool was organized by the Department of Physiology on 12th June 2012 to provide an objective and succinct insight into the applications of HRV in diagnosis and research. Dr. E. S. Prakash, Mercer University School of Medicine, USA was the resource person who elaborated the applications and importance of HRV. Dr. Madanmohan, MGMCRI; Mr.Vineeth Gopal, Gentech; also shared their scientific knowledge on HRV acquisition and analysis. The workshop benefitted pre & para clinicians and clinicians as well.
