 The student council conducted the freshers day with a tropical theme called “DOWN BY THE BAY”, for the students of the batch 2021 Rovanzerz. The event was conducted in lecture hall 4 (Muthulakshmi Reddy Hall) from 5.00 – 9.00 PM on 22nd April 2022. The event was graced by our Honourable Dignitaries the Dean Dr. Seetesh Ghose, Vice principal (Student affairs) Dr. Padmavathi Shanmuganathan, judges, faculties, participants and students from different batches. The event commenced with a welcome address by our president T.F. Dipna Prabhu and then the performances began. The batch of 2021 did various performances such as Medley, Solo singing, Duet singing, Singing with instrument, Poem narration with music, Solo dance, Group dance and Rampwalk. All the participants were so enthusiastic and gave their wonderful performances. There was an interesting interaction session between the ramp walk participants and the judges. Some judges also gave their stunning performances. Our batch gave singing and dance host performances in the event. After all the performances the judges gave their opinions and the results and titles for the ramp walkers were announced. The event came to an end by 9.00 PM
