 To prevent smoking and to create awareness about the harmful effects of smoking the student council conducted a poster presentation competition on 31st May 2022 which was anti-Tobacco day .
The competition was conducted on the 31st of May 2022 from 4: 30 to 5: 30 pm. We received entries from 9 first and second year students who participated with great enthusiasm in this event .
The event was judged by doctors from the department of pulmonary medicine and general medicine. The participants were quizzed about their knowledge on the subject and about their posters as well.
The event came to an end at 5:30 pm with the 9 participants impressing the judges greatly with their wisdom beyond their age.
