On the 6th of November, National Unity Day/ Rashtriya Ekta Diwas was celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The activities commenced with a pledge taking ceremony in the morning which was followed by an elocution completion on the topic, “National Unity versus Aspirations of the States: The Current Dilemma”. Students from all batches participated with fervour and enthusiasm. Jai Anand from the 2016 batch was adjudged the winner, Sanjay also from the 2016 batch and Reuben Toi from the 2014 batch won the 2nd and 3rd places respectively. Our honourable Vice Chancellor Dr. K. R. Sethuraman, Dean Prof. M. Ravishankar and Vice Principal Prof. Partha Nandi gave away the prizes to the winners.
