rECOvery – Fine Arts

On the occasion of World Environment Day which was on June 5^th, 2021, Fine Arts club decided to organize online art events to encourage awareness and action for the protection of the environment. There were 5 events that were declared and each event was given a specific topics along with rules to be followed and winners were rewarded with exciting cash prizes and e-certificates. The 5 events held were –

• Pencil Sketching Competition (Topic : Nature painting for us, Day after Day, Pictures of

infinite beauty) – The winners of the event were 1st prize – AntaripChoudary –

• Poster Painting Competition (Topic : One Tree, One life) – The winners of the event were 1st prize –UpasanaTripathi – 1801001236, 2^nd prize – SaswatSwarup Mishra 2001001162& 3^rd Prize – Roshini A – 2001001162.
• Wealth Out of Waste Competition (Topic: anything related to the world environment day) – The winners of the event were 1st prize – Joshita Nanda V K – 1901001063, 2^nd prize – Gowri M – 2001001062& 3^rd prize S.S Nivedha– 1801001138.
• Coffee or Tea Painting (Topic : anything related to the world environment day)The winners of the event were 1st prize –Shruthi.k – 1901001158, 2^nd prize Medha Paul 1901001089& 3^rd prize – SathiaPrabin 2001001177.
• Logo Design Competition (Topic : anything related to the world environment) – The winners of the event were 1st prize –Angel Joy – 2001001020, 2^nd prize Ganishkar N S K – 2001001056& 3^rd prize – Mariah Ann Mathew – 2001001247

We are so glad that we received good amount of entrees for each event, and these were judged by the fine arts club coordinator – Dr.Prabavathy G., Associate Professor, Anatomy, MGMCRI
