 
Department Of Clinical Nursing under the Nursing Superintendent & Nurses Training and Development Committee in collaboration with Hospital Infection Control Committee conducted a training program  (Demonstration) regarding donning & doffing of PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS (PPE) as a part of preparedness to handle patients with CORONA virus infection in MGMCRI at 2nd floor D2 lecture hall, MGMCRI.  Mr. Ashok Madhavan, ICN demonstrated the procedure of donning & doffing of PPE to the staff nurses from all the wards and OPDs which included General Medicine, General Surgery, Critical Care Unit, ENT, OBG, Pediatrics at large. Over 126 staff nurses have attended the program. Few nurses were re-demonstrating the procedure. In addition, department wise demonstration is being done covering 10 staff nurses at a time for the past week. Â
