 The Society for promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture among Youth (SPIC MACAY) relaunched its Puducherry chapter by organising a flute concert and lecture demonstration by the Grammy Nominated Flutist Shashank Subramanyam accompanied by Neyveli Narayanan (mirdangam) and Akkarai Sornalatha (violinist). Prof. Dr. A R Srinivasan addressed the gathering with a welcome speech and enthralled the audience with a song dedicated to the esteemed guest. The Lecture demonstration was followed by an interactive session with the students and faculties present.
