 Department of Psychiatry organised an Awareness program in commemoration of World Schizophrenia Day in Psychiatry OPD on 24-05-2019. Dr. Avudaiappan S, Assistant Professor, Ms. Ektha Jain, Psychologist, Mr. Rajkumar (Psychologist), Department of Psychiatry, MGMCRI addressed the gathering. An educational short film on the illness was shown. The total of 30 to 35 people attended the programme which consisted of Psychiatry out-patients and their relatives and relatives of Psychiatry In-patients.
