ABOUT THE COURSE
Postgraduate Diploma in Good Clinical Laboratory Practices course is offered in MGMCRI. The duration of the course is of one year which has an intake of 7 seats.
Recently it has been internationally recognized that clinical laboratories processing specimen from clinical trials and other health care setups required an appropriate set of standards to guide good practices. To achieve Good clinical Laboratory Practice guidelines were drafted and published in 2003 by a working party of the clinical committee of the British Association of Research Quality Assurance (BARQA). This guidance identifies systems required and procedures to be followed within an organization conducting analysis of samples from clinical trials and other health care setup in compliance with the requirements of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). So this course is aimed to train faculties concerned with clinical laboratory on good clinical practice with an ultimate Moto of achieving good patient care.

Eligibility
B.Sc.(MLT), PG DMLT, MD Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, M.Sc. Medical Microbiology, Biochemistry degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for this course.
