Prof. (Dr.) SATISH KUMAR MD is currently working as Professor & Head in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry. He completed Under Graduation (MBBS) from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and Postgraduation (MD) in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology from Universal College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.  
He began his career as faculty in Maulana Azad Medical College as Senior Resident for duration of about 3 years. Then he joined as Assistant Professor in M.P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, Gujarat and worked for a period of 5 years. Later he joined as Assistant Professor in Government Medical College, Jamnagar, Gujarat after qualifying Gujarat Public Service commission. Promoted as Professor and Head of the Department in Government Medical College, Surat, Gujarat and worked at various capacities in Government Medical colleges in Gujarat for a period of 18 years. 
Later he joined Vinayaga Missions Medical College, Karaikal as Professor and worked there for 7 years, so total for a period of 35 years. While in Gujarat state service, he handled enormous Medico-Legal cases, several exhumation cases and expert opinion cases and rest variety of clinical Forensic medicine cases as an expert and assisted various criminal courts in Delhi and Gujarat as an expert witness. 
His academic experience of 30 years involves teaching Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Police officers and lawyers. He involves in teaching Forensic Medicine and Toxicology to Undergraduates & Postgraduates students and training them in conducting autopsy and Medico-Legal work. He had published more than 10 research publications.
He is a Life member of SIMLA (South India Medico-Legal Association). He is the Chairperson of “Mentor –Mentee Committee” of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pondicherry. He is the Overseer of Moksha Voluntary Body Donation of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute Pondicherry. 
He is the Convener Board of Studies for Undergraduate Forensic Medicine and Toxicology and Internal Member of Board of Studies for Postgraduate Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.

Dr. Joe David Anton is working as Assistant Professor, in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology from 2019. He perused his MBBS from Saratov State Medical University, Saratov, Russia. He was awarded the Degree of Doctor of Medicine in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, by Pondicherry University through Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital, Pondicherry in 2018. During his Postgraduation, he witnessed and conducted approximately 1800 autopsies during this period. 
He is also been appointed as Assistant Controller of Examinations, of Examination Wing, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University Pondicherry. In addition he also holds the post Member – Channel 1 of SBV Digital initiatives of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry.  He is also an active Core Committee Member in Medical Education Unit (MEU) of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, (MGMCRI), Pondicherry. In addition he has done Diploma in Diabetes Management (DDM) at Medvarsity & Apollo Hospitals Educational and Research Foundation, Hyderabad. He is a Life time member of Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine (IAFM) [LM No. 1376/2018] and Medico Legal Association of Pondicherry (MLAP)
He has contributed his service as Secretary (2021–2022) and Joint Secretary (2020–2021) in Scientific and Academic Forum of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University. During his tenure as Secretary he organized Paper and Podium Presentation for Post Graduates, PhD Research Scholars, Faculties of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry. In addition he also organized Poster presentations and ICMR Project presentations for Under Graduate students of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, (MGMCRI), Pondicherry. He is the author of SAF Monograph published in 2022. 
He is the Author of Medico – Legal Practical Manual for CRRI as an eye opener for the interns posted in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, with the prime focus of guiding the interns in handling the Medico – Legal Cases. 
He handles theory and practical classes for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in various disciplines like forensic pathology, clinical forensic medicine, handling of Medico-Legal cases in casualty, ethics of medical practice and engaging students to IGMC&RI for witnessing and conducting autopsy and training students to conduct autopsy.
He was honoured as Resource Person for Dead Tales: Autopsy Techniques & Embalming Workshop by Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry; Revised Basic Course Workshop and training in Attitude, Ethics & Communication (AETCOM) by NMC Regional Centre, JIPMER and INSPIRE 2021 (On Research to Publication) by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry with Indian Academy of Tropical Parasitology.  He was represented as Chair Person for MCCD – Medical Certification of Cause of Death conducted by Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry. He judged the events organised by Events of Student Council of MGMCRI. He is the Member of Mentor Mentee Committee and Mentor for Undergraduate students of MGMCRI, Pondicherry.
