 
Globally lot of events take place every year on February 4 to observe World Cancer Day and to fight against Cancer. This year at MGMCRI a series of events had been organized at Rural and Urban Health centers and at near by villages to create awareness among the public. The events includes rally by students of MGMCRI at Bahour village flagged by Dr.Partha Nandhi, Vice-principal, Student affairs, MGMCRI and various awareness camps at city center and rural health centers and urban health centers.
