Communication skills in dentistry & otherwise

The Department of Periodontology, IGIDS has launched a new innovative program named ‘PERIOdontology STudents Enrichment Program Series’ under which we have conducted a lecture starting with a title “Communication skills in dentistry & otherwise” on 9^th of November 2020. The Stakeholders were Final year B.D.S., Interns, M.D.S. Postgraduate Students, Faculties and Private Practitioners. A total of 221 participants attended the PERIOSTEP Series. The topics rendered were regarding the importance of communication skills, how to improve the way of communication with examples, doctor & patient interaction and miscommunication between the doctors and patients while communicating.
