The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of SSSCON conducted a Faculty Sensitization Program on February 8, 2025, at Lecture Hall – I, focusing on the importance of quality documentation in academic and institutional processes. Dr. K. Prema Sekar, Principal, SSSCON, delivered the keynote address, emphasizing the role of structured documentation in institutional effectiveness, transparency, and compliance, who also emphasized the pivotal role of quality documentation in improving institutional effectiveness and the fundamentals of quality documentation. She highlighted how structured documentation contributes to transparency, compliance, and excellence in teaching-learning methodologies.
Dr. Uma Devi T, IQAC Coordinator, provided an insightful lecture on systematic documentation in academics and administration, challenges in record-keeping, and accreditation requirements. Additionally, Mrs. Madhurima D, IQAC Member, facilitated a session on SNACS and SNECS, highlighting their role in nursing education and clinical training, along with the responsibilities of mentors in student nurse development.
The program included interactive discussions, enabling faculty to share experiences and clarify doubts. The session successfully reinforced the significance of quality documentation, with participants appreciating its practical approach and expressing interest in future training sessions. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the organizing committee, acknowledging the contributions of faculty and organizers.
