 As a initiative for students enrichment programme by SBV- International collaboration committee, an online webinar was conducted for undergraduates of MGMCRI to ‘ To enhance importance of mental health for medicos during Corona Pandemic’. the talk was deliverired by renowned Psychiatrist Dr.Meena Rajendiren, USA. Nearly 340 students joined the live stream by following the Zoom app link for the webinar session. The programme began with welcome address by Dr. P.Karthikeyan, Prof & HOD , ENT, MGMCRI SBV followed by key note address by Dr.Sharmila, SBV-ICC. Dr. Meena , Psychiatrist, USA delivered the talk and presided over the online session by Zoom link and emphasized the Importance of mental health for medicos during Corona Pandemic talk.The session was moderated by Dr. P.Karthikeyan, Prof & HOD , ENT, MGMCRI SBV, Dr. Anandraj Vaithy, Associate Professor of Pathology & Dr. Sharmila. Many students extended their apprehension and had an active interaction on managing this dreadly situation. The live stream was recorded and shared social media –Facebook and had a phenomenal response and high number of views. Finally,vote of thanks was delivered by Professor.
