 Department of Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry, IGIDS conducted their annual CDE program, Le Pedo Colloquium – 2022. The resource person was Dr. Joby Peter, Prof & Head, Department of Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry, Annoor dental college, Kerala. The target audience were post-graduate scholars of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from various colleges in and around Pondicherry, Practising Pediatric Dentists, General Dental Practitioners, and other specialty Dental Practitioners. A total of 41 participants registered for the workshop. Prof Saravana Kumar, Principal, IGIDS inaugurated the program. Dr. Eswari introduced the Speaker followed by the resource person Dr. Joby Peter delivering the lecture titled “Pediatric Maxillary Expansion in day-to-day life”. A hands-on demonstration of the various expanders with its activation and clinical demonstration was conducted by Dr. Joby Peter. A vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Kavitha. The audience were extremely satisfied both with the lectures and hands-on demonstration.
