 The Sensitization program was conducted for the Iris batch (2022 -2023) of First year B.Sc. Nursing Students of Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing on 07/11/2022. The aim of the program was to ensure that every student know the code of conduct in profession, Academic and clinical settings. The program began with Invocation of SBV anthem followed by a welcome address delivered by Mrs. J. Emy Jancy Rani. Assistant Professor, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing. Prof. Dr. Helen Shaji J.C. Principal, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing has given Key note address on the importance of adhering the Code of Conduct to the Students. Session – I: Prof. A.L. Mahalakshmi, Vice Principal, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing deliberated about Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses. Followed by, Prof. Dr. T. Sujatha HOD Department of Community Health Nursing, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing has explained briefly about Code of Conduct in Academic in Session – 2. In Session – 3 – Dr. T. Uma Devi, Associate Professor HOD Department of OBG, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing has given brief introduction about Code of Conduct in Clinical Practice. The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Prof. Dr. Golda Sahaya Rani., HOD Dept of Medical Surgical Nursing, Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing continued with the benediction of National Anthem & concluded the program at 12pm.
