 An Induction program was organized for the newly joined as Staff Nurses of Sri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute, Hospital by Dr.Helen Shaji, Principal, Sri Sathya Sai College of Nursing, and the program was coordinated by Mr.Snowden, Assistant Professor, Medical Surgical Nursing. A total of 43 staff nurses were benefitted from the program which spanned over a period of for six days from 15/3/21 to 15/4/21 at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, in the 4th Floor Lecture Hall. The topics covered include: Infection Control and Prevention, Biomedical Waste Management. Documentation, Therapeutic Communication, Protocols and Preventive Measures. Participants affirmed to comply with best standards of patient care
