 Institutional IQAC, School of Pharmacy, SBV University organized a webinar that was held from 02.30 PM to 03.30 PM and had participants from both internal & external institutions. The keynote speaker for the event was Dr. G. Prakash Yoganandan, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacognosy, Mother Theresa Post Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences, Puducherry who is well known for his research on natural products and their therapeutic potential. He highlighted the implementation of pharmacovigilance in monitoring of AYUSH drugs in view of ADR events and explained the various examples of already reported ADRs in herbal drugs and formulations.
