 The Institute Research Council of Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute has organized and successfully conducted National Faculty Development program: Workshop on Grant writing in Biomedical Research on 8th ,9th and 12th June 2020. The program was designed to provide an insight into the methods for successfully developing ideas into grant proposals. This workshop primarily focuses on the entire spectrum of grant writing. Both beginners and experienced grant writers could learn to develop ideas into winning proposals, identify potential funders and understand the full proposal development and submission process. The workshop embraced around 260 registrations with one International speaker, three national speakers and five internal speakers. The workshop was conducted for 24hrs with 6hrs of online session with interactive discussions and 18hrs of home based activities. The feedback forms were shared with the participants and we received tremendous affirmative and fabulously encouraging feedbacks.
