As a new incoming student, we wish to inform you of the following:
- The MBBS session for the academic year 2023-24 will commence on the 4th of October, 2023. You are expected to attend the Inaugural function with your parents (limited to 2 members only). The invitation will be sent to your email soon.
- You will have to register yourself on the SBV Garuda Student Information System. The portal will be open from 9:00 AM on 18th September to 25th September 2023.
- Please review the documents and data requirements for the registration. Instructions are available on the portal. You will need to
- Register and obtain your Academic Bank of Credits ID number and
- Register in the UGC Anti-Ragging portal and obtain the Affidavit Reference Number.
- The Portal has the following forms that you need to fill up, download, print, and affix the signatures of yourself and your parents; and bring the signed forms in original on 4th October 2023 for submission.
- Application Form duly filled in.
- Anti-ragging Undertaking duly filled in.
- Joint Undertaking by the student and parent.
- Undertaking regarding Institution Regulations.
- Joint Undertaking for Payment of Tuition Fees by the student and parent.
- Hostel Documents for the Hostellers
