As a new incoming student, we wish to inform you of the following:
- The MBBS session for the academic year 2023-24 will commence on 4th of October 2023. You are expected to attend the Inaugural function with your parents (limited to 2 members only).
- Please review the documents and data requirements for the registration. Instructions are available on the portal. You will need to
- Register and obtain your Academic Bank of Credits ID number (Click Here)
- Register in the UGC Anti-Ragging portal and obtain the Affidavit Reference Number (Click Here).
- You will have to register yourself on the SBV Garuda Admission Portal (http://application.sbvu.ac.in/). The portal will be open from 14th September to 25th September 2023.
- The Portal has the following forms that you need to download, print, and affix the signatures of yourself and your parents; and bring the signed forms in original on 4th October 2023 for submission.
- Application Form for admission to UG Programmes.
- Anti-ragging Undertaking Form.
- Undertaking regarding Institution Regulations.
- Joint Undertaking – Payment of Tuition Fees.
- Hostel Application Form (Allotment of Hostel starts from 3rd October 2023).
- Joint Declaration for Hostel Accommodation.
- Application for Bus Pass (only for day scholars).
The date to be entered in your application will be the same date mentioned in your MCC PROVISIONAL ADMISSION LETTER.
