Women Cell

Women Cell upholds the dignity of every woman at SSSCON facilitating gender sensitive and congenial working environment, so that women, whether the female employee (contract, casual, temporary and permanent) or female student, are not subjected to gender-specific discrimination or sexual harassment. It also empowers every female in our institute.

Research Club

Research club was started in 2020 to proceed with various research activities. Vernacular Cell to Overcome Language Barrier

Nurses today are providing care, education and case management to an increasingly diverse patient that is challenged with a triad of cultural, linguistic and health literacy barriers. Nurses are in an ideal position to facilitate the interconnections between patient culture and language to improve the health outcome. To bridge this gap in patient care, classes are arranged in SSSCON as SSSMCRI has diverse patients from in and around the state. This cell provides a basic understanding for the nursing students in vernacular language, i.e Tamil language for students from Kerala etc. by scheduling special classes in regional language.
