Academic Position(required)

VICE-CHANCELLOR

Essential Qualification:

He/she should be a distinguished professional possessing the highest level of competence, integrity, ethical values and institutional commitment. The prospective applicant should be an eminent academician, with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University or ten years of experience in reputed research and/or academic administrative organisation with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership of high quality in health sciences.

Age: Not more than 65 years of age as on 1st July 2022.

Desirable Qualification:

Experience as Vice-Chancellor / Pro-Vice-Chancellor in a Health Sciences higher education institution.

REGISTRAR

Essential Qualification:

Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
A minimum of 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of Service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, or
Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education, or
15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Age: Not more than 55 years of age as on 1st July 2022.

Desirable Qualification:

Experience as Registrar in a Health Sciences higher education institution.
Experience in online academic programmes and administrative experience in National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) implementation.

CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS

Essential Qualifications :

Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
A minimum of 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of Service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate
Professor along with experience in educational administration, or
15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Controller of Examinations or an equivalent post.

Age: Not more than 55 years of age as on 1st July 2022.

Desirable Qualifications :

Experience as Controller of Examinations in a Health Sciences higher education institution.
Administrative experience in the complete automation of Evaluation process

Managers for Hospital Billing/IT/Pharmacy

Minimum of 2-5 Years Experience

Administrator – Central Laboratory

CL management experience in a corporate / teaching hospital.

Project (Manpower)(required)

Mechanical Engineer – with experience in Healthcare and Hospitality verticals – Pondicherry Campus.

Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing.
MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals
Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor
Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.

Electrical Engineer – License Electrical Engineer with experience in Healthcare and Hospitality verticals – Pondicherry Campus.

Responsible for planning and of Electrical systems for project execution.
Have to work on Internal and External Electrification works
Coordinate with design teams for any changes.
Coordinate the teams properly to execute as per the drawings vendor.
Point Wiring, Slab & Wall Conducting, Lighting, Switch & Socket, Internal wiring, Cable Tray Erection, Earthing Erection, Cable Laying. Cable Glanding & Termination.
Ensure that electrical/instrumentation activities are carried out with the best overall value for cost, labor, materials, and asset availability.
Knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.

HVAC Supervisor – with experience in clean rooms and chiller plant maintenance – Chennai & Pondicherry Campus. Serves as HVAC Supervisor and will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and associated air handling, chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems Incumbent plans individual jobs and long-term work operations develops preventive maintenance program and controls the quality of repair work.

Site Civil Engineer with experience in the healthcare industry – Chennai & Pondicherry Campus.

Ensure all the progress at the site as per schedule.
Inspecting the work as per Architectural & Structural Drawings.
Execution of the work as per drawing and specifications.
Review Project Plan, design & Specifications and executing according to site condition.
Inspecting the site works and clear the RFI raised by vendor from start to end of the project.
Verification of bills raised by the vendors.
Following the safety standards at site works.
Coordination with MEP team and vendors.
